How We Work

Tell us about your project — Share your quantities, styles, references or tech pack.To get started, we require a tech pack with your garment specifications, measurements, materials and construction details. We typically respond within 24 hours.

You receive a clear price per piece — We come back to you with a straightforward price per piece for your project. No hidden costs, no surprises.

We produce your sample — Our team works with the right factory for your garment type and manages the sampling process end to end. You approve before anything moves forward.

Full production begins — Once the sample is approved, we coordinate production and keep you updated throughout. Typical lead time is 6–10 weeks depending on complexity and volume.

Quality control & delivery — Every order goes through quality checks before it leaves Portugal. We handle packaging and logistics so it arrives exactly as expected.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. A tech pack is the starting point for every project. It allows us to match your garment to the right factory, give you an accurate price, and produce a sample that requires minimal revision. If yours isn't complete yet, get in touch and we'll tell you exactly what we need.

  • Our minimum is 100 units per style. Get in touch with your project details and we'll confirm what applies to your collection.

  • From first contact to delivery, most projects take between 12 and 16 weeks. This includes sampling, approval, bulk production, quality control and shipping.

  • Yes. We work with both emerging brands producing for the first time and established labels moving or scaling production. What matters is that you have a clear vision and a tech pack to work from.

  • All production takes place in northern Portugal — the heart of Portugal's textile industry, known for decades of craftsmanship and quality garment making.

  • Yes. We produce within GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified facilities in Portugal. If sustainability certification is a requirement for your brand, let us know upfront and we'll make sure your production meets those standards.

  • Pricing depends on garment type, materials, construction complexity and quantity. We provide a clear price per piece after reviewing your tech pack — no hidden costs, no surprises.
