  • Upfront Payment

Before commencing development, an upfront payment must be made. The first payment, totaling 50% of the order value, is required before starting the pre-production sample.

  • Payment

  • Production

Production is considered initiated upon receipt of the first payment (50%). Any modifications requested after this point may incur additional charges or be subject to refusal.

  • Fabrics

As we do not manufacture fabrics in-house, we collaborate with trusted partners specializing in the textile field. While we strive to maintain transparency regarding fabric ordering dates, we cannot control the production and shipment processes, which may result in potential delays.

  • Quality Variations

Although we make every effort to ensure precision in sewing each garment according to specifications, variations may occur due to hand sewing techniques and different fabric types. Acceptable variations in quantities and measurements may arise, including the need to cut out pattern pieces, add components, or sew seams. In Portugal, a tolerance level of 5% is maintained.

  • Delays

In the event of manufacturing problems leading to delays, we offer compensation through discounts. If the factory is responsible for a delay exceeding 30 days, the client has the option to request order cancellation. Please note that these conditions do not apply in cases beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, crises, and similar events.

  • Quality Control

To ensure that only defect-free products are shipped, all items undergo a thorough process of four quality controls. In the unlikely event that defective goods are shipped, the factories hold full responsibility and will either replace the defective items or offer suitable compensation. Clients have up to 15 days from receipt of the production to report any issues or concerns.
